Production
Casting can be done in suitable furnaces and at high temperatures.
Doğancı Casting factory operates on a 6000 m² area with 2 induction furnaces of 1000 kg each,
and has a monthly production capacity of 400 tons.
The production processes consist of Modeling, Molding, Sandblasting, Casting, and Finishing operations.
Production at Our Factory
In our factory, Spheroidal Graphite Iron (SG Iron) and Grey Cast Iron are produced. According to customer requests,
cast parts are prepared in accordance with the standards mentioned below and at suitable quality levels.
Our company ensures production within the framework of international standards. The product range is not limited
to the catalog and can be produced upon request and order.
